HOW AND WHY ONE OUGHT TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THE NPC

Membership will give you access through user name and password to reading, but copying and distribution of material in the Research Library is strictly prohibited..
Access to Q&A will allow you to direct a question to the panel member of your choice when available. Again user name and password will be required.
Membership fee of $25 is one off only and non-refundable.With membership the first certificate is free if claimed in the first three months of membership.
Domestic payment by paypal or bank transfer or direct deposit only. For international payments please use paypal only.
NPC reserves the right to deregister any member or refuse membership where it has been knowingly found that the member has posted derogatory or defamatory remarks on other forums/blogs without consulting the person in question.
For new members the first certificate is free. Membership conditions may change subject to no prior notice.
